El procedimiento fue sencillo abrir y humedecer la muestra, hacer plaqueo en medio LB solido y reservar los sobrantes en glicerina para congelar. Las placas restantes son puestas en la incubadora para acelerar el proceso de crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-466\"
